Creative Partner
Clair has been working as a Graphic Designer in the creative sector for over 15 years, during this time she has had the opportunity to work for some of Bristol’s finest design agencies.
She has a passion for illustration and colour and jumps at the chance to bring this into her designs at any given opportunity.
Work experience:
Haycraft Creative (2015-Present)
Since setting up on her own in 2015 Clair has spent her time building a strong client base. She makes it her aim to always deliver well considered creative that sets her clients apart from their competition.
Synergy Creative (2012-2015)
Synergy offered Clair the opportunity to work with big clients and exciting creative projects. She consistently delivered to a high standard across multiple touchpoints, from branding and brand styling, digital and integrated campaigns and video/animation to interior graphics and art directing photoshoots. Clients included Clarks Shoes, Aldi, Aster homes and Clifton College.
Jump Media (2012-2015)
Clair moved to Jump Media for the opportunity to work with her own clients and manage projects whilst building on her digital skill set. During her time at Jump she worked directly with smaller businesses in the leisure and tourism industry. Clients included The Duchy of Cornwall and The Highgrove Estate.
Six Agency (2006-2010)
During her time at Six, Clair quickly progressed from Junior to Middleweight Designer working across key brands such as Lloyds TSB, AXA Insurance and Renault F1.

Phil Haycraft
Creative Partner
Phil graduated from Falmouth University with a degree in Graphic Design in 2006 and has since spent the last 15 years working for a number of well known brands including Specsavers, GamesMaster and Official PlayStation Magazine. He’s also picked up a few awards on his way.
He is an enthusiastic, confident and reliable designer with a passion for creating stunning layouts and a talent for answering the brief to the last letter.
Work experience:
Haycraft Creative (2020-Present)
Phil joined Haycraft Creative for a new challenge and to support the creative needs of the growing business. During his time here he's worked on some substantial projects that span both print and digital.
Specialist – The Content Marketing Agency (2014-2020)
In the 6 years working for Specialist Phil was lead designer on The Specsavers Magazine. Taking ownership of concepts and themes styling, rebrands and playing an important role in the client relationship.
Future (2007-2014)
Phil kickstarted his career working as a Junior Designer for Future Publishing in Bath, and soon moved up the ranks to Art Editor. In his 7 years there he designed for a number of leading titles including; Official PlayStation, XBOX World, EDGE, Mountain Biking UK and many more. He was solely responsible for creating the print and digital editions of GamesMaster Magazine.
